The Apex FN 509 Curved Action Enhancement Kit w/Trigger Bar is the ultimate drop-in upgrade for FN 509 owners seeking a smoother, more precise trigger pull without sacrificing reliability or factory safety features.
Pioneered by Apex Tactical Specialties — the leader in aftermarket trigger enhancements — this patent-pending kit transforms the factory trigger experience on your FN 509. It includes a premium curved trigger (machined aluminum with anodized finish), a proprietary Apex trigger bar, and a high-performance sear for seamless integration.
When installed, this kit will:
- Reduce trigger pull weight to approx. 5.5 lbs.
- Reduce trigger pre-travel, over-travel and reset distance
- Deliver a crisp trigger break
- Maintain factory safety values with a center mounted pivoting safety
- Direct drop-in replacement, no fitting required
Notice regarding color trigger variations
Due to the nature of the anodize process and materials our triggers are manufactured from; our Flat Dark Earth (FDE) triggers are coming out as more of a burnt bronze color. This color is a repeatable color, unlike the previous vendors who have attempted similar colors for us in the past.
If you receive an FDE trigger and are unhappy with the color, we urge you to contact our Customer Service staff to discuss replacing you trigger with one in Red or Black.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
Sear Color:The sear you receive may appear deifferent than the sear in the photo. Rest assured that if the Apex logo was laser engraved on it, the sear has received all of the necessary processes and is correct.
