The Breek Arms WARHAMMER MICRO MOD2 AR-15 Ambidextrous Charging Handle is a premium, low-profile upgrade designed to enhance speed, reliability, and comfort on any mil-spec AR-15/M16 rifle. Crafted entirely from high-strength 7075-T6 aluminum with a durable Type III hard-coat anodized finish, this lightweight charging handle weighs in at just under 1 ounce while delivering exceptional durability and performance.
The MICRO MOD2 features reduced-size ambidextrous latches with a total width of 2.40″ — slightly wider than a standard mil-spec handle for easier access, yet compact enough to prevent snagging on gear, slings, plate carriers, or barriers. Deep textured grooves on the latches ensure a positive, non-slip grip, even with gloves or wet conditions, enabling fast, one-handed charging.
The updated MOD2 design excels at reducing gas blowback to the shooter’s face — especially valuable when running a suppressor. Strategic relief cuts on the top and bottom of the stem redirect excess gas sideways, while the increased-height rear shelf provides better coverage over the upper receiver to minimize blowback and improve overall shooting comfort.Set-back latches work seamlessly with large optics (including LPVOs), and the slim, sleek profile keeps the rifle streamlined without protruding awkwardly or interfering when shouldering or slinging the firearm.
Key benefits include:
- True ambidextrous operation for left- or right-handed shooters
- Snag-free design ideal for tactical, duty, or competition use
- Superior gas management for suppressed shooting
- No gunsmithing required — direct drop-in replacement
- Made in America with a lifetime warranty
