EMI Shear-Tech, is a high-tech shears developed from the popular Multipurpose Rescue Shears. It features eight functions (see diagram). Made of hardened stainless steel with black contoured high impact plastic handles. Measures 7.25″ in length. Weighs approximately 3 oz. Ideal for all public safety and medical professionals.
