PSA Guardsman-15 Barrel 8″ Phosphate 300 Blackout Handguard M-LOK 7″ Upper w/BCG/CH

The PSA Guardsman-15 8″ 300BLK 1:7 CL Phosphate 7″ MLOK Upper with BCG & CH is a high-value, ready-to-install complete upper receiver assembly from Palmetto State Armory’s popular Guardsman series. Built for reliability, versatility, and performance in 300 Blackout builds, this upper delivers mil-spec quality at an unbeatable price point.

Crafted around a premium 8-inch chrome-lined phosphate barrel made from 4150V Chrome Moly Vanadium steel, it features a 1:7 twist rate optimized for stabilizing a wide range of 300 AAC Blackout projectiles—especially heavier subsonic rounds for suppressed shooting. The pistol-length gas system paired with a pinned low-profile gas block ensures smooth cycling, whether running supersonic or subsonic ammo. Topped with an A2 flash hider on 5/8×24 threads, it’s suppressor-ready out of the box.

The forged 7075-T6 A3 upper receiver is hard-coat anodized (black) for maximum durability and includes forward assist and dust cover. It comes equipped with a 7-inch Guardsman Hex full Picatinny M-LOK free-float handguard in matching, providing ample real estate for accessories like lights, lasers, grips, or sights while keeping weight down and improving accuracy via free-float design.Included is a full-auto profile bolt carrier group (BCG) with shot-peened Carpenter 158 bolt (MPI/HPT inspected), Sprinco gas rings, hardened chrome-lined gas key staked to mil-spec, and phosphate coating throughout for corrosion resistance. A standard mil-spec charging handle completes the package.

Key benefits include:

• Made in the USA by a mil-spec manufacturer with full lifetime warranty (covers defects in materials/workmanship)
• Excellent for home defense, hunting, or tactical use—pairs perfectly with standard AR-15 lowers
• Reliable cycling, suppressor compatibility, and enhanced features from the Guardsman lineup

Whether upgrading an existing AR pistol/SBR or building a compact 300 Blackout platform, this PSA Guardsman upper offers premium components and proven performance without the premium price.
